Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced O365 Migration Administrator / Consultant to lead and support Microsoft 365 migration initiatives, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 migrations, PowerShell scripting, and the use of third-party migration tools. This role involves working closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition of users, data, and collaboration services to the Microsoft 365 platform.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute migrations to Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
  • Perform pre-migration assessments, data mapping, and environment readiness.
  • Use tools like ShareGate, BitTitan, or native Microsoft tools to manage migrations.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and end-user support teams to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Troubleshoot migration issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Document migration procedures and provide post-migration support.
  • Assist in configuring policies in Microsoft 365 admin center, including security, compliance, and collaboration settings.

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience with Microsoft 365 migration projects (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive).
  • Strong knowledge of O365 architecture, administration, and tools.
  • Experience using ShareGate, BitTitan, PowerShell, and M365 admin center.
  • Solid understanding of Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, Teams architecture, and SharePoint Online.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
