Owner Loyalty Specialist / Customer Experience Coordinator

O'Brien Auto Team | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No Weekends

We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Owner Loyalty Specialist to help build lasting relationships with our customers and ensure every interaction with our dealerships exceeds expectations.

In this role, you'll serve as the bridge between our customers and our Sales, Service, and Parts teams. You'll proactively follow up after purchases and service visits, resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy, and help create loyal customers for life.

What You'll Do

As our Owner Loyalty Specialist, you will:

  • Build lasting relationships with customers through friendly, proactive communication
  • Follow up with customers after service visits and vehicle purchases to ensure an outstanding experience
  • Respond to customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Partner with Sales, Service, and Parts departments to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the ownership experience
  • Encourage completion of manufacturer and dealership customer satisfaction surveys
  • Track customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance loyalty and retention
  • Assist with customer appreciation initiatives, loyalty programs, and special events
  • Welcome and engage customers visiting the dealership to ensure they feel valued
  • Perform light administrative duties and maintain accurate customer records

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, automotive, retail, or sales preferred
  • Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computers, texting, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid Illinois driver's license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED required
