Job Title: Audi Service Greeter

Location: Audi- Ontario, CA

Department: Service

Compensation: $16.90 – $18.00 per hour (DOE)

Job Summary

As an Audi Service Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and play an essential role in creating a welcoming and efficient service drive experience. This highly visible position requires a friendly, professional, and proactive individual who can provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet customers as they arrive on the service drive, directing them to the appropriate Service Advisor or waiting area.
  • Assist with the valet process, including moving, tagging, and organizing customer vehicles.
  • Prepare vehicles for customer pickup and delivery, ensuring they are ready, clean, and in the correct location.
  • Provide shuttle service for customers to and from the dealership.
  • Perform dealership opening duties, including ensuring the customer lounge is clean, presentable, and stocked with coffee, snacks, and other amenities.
  • Manage inventory and place orders for coffee, snacks, and lounge supplies.
  • Support the service team with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
