Job description

Do you love cars and enjoy delivering outstanding customer service? Audi Stuart, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is looking for an enthusiastic Service Porter to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity to work with a luxury brand and grow your automotive career.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they arrive and assist with vehicle check-in.
Safely move vehicles to designated service and parking areas.
Keep the service drive clean, organized, and running smoothly.
Assist with vehicle inspections, fluid top-offs, and basic maintenance checks.
Provide shuttle services or valet assistance for customers as needed.
Ensure that customers have a positive and seamless experience from drop-off to pick-up.
Work closely with the service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely service delivery.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of customer vehicles when returned after service.

Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
Strong communication skills and customer-first attitude.
Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Automotive or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
