Job description

The NYU School of Medicine’s Ronald O. Perelman Department of Dermatology seeks to identify a full-time clinical dermatologist.  The position will consist largely of outpatient clinical dermatology, and the opportunity to participate in teaching with an appointment to the faculty of the NYU School of Medicine with associated benefits.

The NYU School of Medicine’s Ronald O. Perelman Department of Dermatology has upheld a tradition of leadership and excellence that spans the history of dermatology in the United States.  Our education program provides dermatologic instruction for students of NYU School of Medicine, specialty training for residents and fellows at NYU Langone Medical Center, Bellevue Hospital Center and the Department of Veterans Affairs New York Harbor Health System-Manhattan Campus; and advanced training for experienced physicians through NYU Department of Continuing Medical Education. The Department is also a center for collaborative research addressing significant dermatologic problems.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to join a high quality program with a national reputation for teaching, research and state of art patient care.

Candidates must be board certified in Dermatology and hold a New York State license at the time of proposed employment.

Compensation and academic appointment level will be commensurate with experience

Base Salary: $230,000-$270,000
