They are responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, taking food orders, providing customer service, and maintaining cleanliness in their work area. The fast-paced and diverse environment of NYC means these workers must be knowledgeable about a wide range of drinks, possess excellent multitasking skills, and comply with local alcohol laws.
