*Ongoing Assignment for a Locums Adult Nurse Practitioner provider to perform Face to Face home medical assessments
*Offering 9-12 hours a week to start
*Hours will increase upon consumer satisfaction and a comfortability with more patients
*Provider can choose to work any day of the week but cannot exceed 12 hours total per week to start
*Hours available are from M-F, 7a-7p; Sat. & Sun, 10p-5p
*Candidate gets compensated their hourly pay rate for all driving time
*NY State License required
*Competitive Hourly Rate plus Malpractice Paid
