Titre/Title: Instructional designer – Concepteur pédagogique PLM/ Instructional Designer – PLM Educational Content Designer
Lieu/Location: Montréal– Présentiel obligatoire 2 jours/semaine / Montreal – On-site mandatory 2 days/week
Durée/Duration: Au 31 Décembre 2026 - possibilité de renouvellement 40 heures/semaine / December 31, 2026 possibility of renewal – 40 hours/week
Le candidat doit posséder les qualifications suivantes :

  • Minimum de 7 ans d'expérience en conception pédagogique dans le cadre d'implantations de systèmes d'entreprise, de programmes de transformation numérique ou d'environnements d'apprentissage technique.
  • Baccalauréat en développement organisationnel, ressources humaines, éducation ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, SharePoint, outils de création de contenu e-learning et outils de communication (ex. Articulate 360, Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Greenshot, Learning Management System, etc.).
  • Expérience avec Siemens Teamcenter, Siemens NX, CATIA, ENOVIA, SAP ou autres plateformes d'ingénierie d'entreprise constitue un atout important.
  • Connaissance des méthodologies de conception pédagogique, des principes d'apprentissage des adultes et de la conception de formations Clientées sur les compétences.
  • Expérience dans la création d'évaluations, d'exercices pratiques, de simulations et de supports d'aide à la performance afin de mesurer l'efficacité de l'apprentissage et la préparation des utilisateurs.
  • Expérience dans la gestion d'un LMS pour le téléchargement de fichiers et la production de rapports.
  • Capacité à prioriser les tâches et à travailler efficacement sous pression afin de respecter les livrables.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à respecter des échéanciers serrés.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, présentation et animation de formations.
  • Solides compétences en planification, organisation et résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en collaboration dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.
  • Solides compétences en collaboration interdisciplinaire avec les experts métier (SME), équipes techniques et formateurs.
  • Engagement démontré envers l'apprentissage continu et le développement professionnel.
  • Connaissance des domaines de la fabrication, de la finance et des achats (atout).
  • Entièrement bilingue (oral et écrit).

The candidate must have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 7+ years of instructional design experience supporting enterprise system implementations, digital transformation programs, or technical learning environments
  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, education, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, e-learning authoring, and communication tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Greenshot, Learning Management System, etc.)
  • Exposure to Siemens Teamcenter, Siemens NX, CATIA, ENOVIA, SAP, or other enterprise engineering platforms is considered a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and competency-based learning design.
  • Experience creating assessments, practical exercises, simulations, and performance support materials to measure learning effectiveness and readiness
  • Experience in managing LMS to upload files, and reporting
  • Able to prioritize and work well under pressure to meet deliverables
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Strong, planning, organizational skills and problem- solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills with subject matter experts (SMEs), technical teams and trainers
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
