Job description

We're hiring a Principal Developer Relations Manager to lead strategic engagements across developer ecosystems in rapidly evolving technology domains. In this role, you'll help develop how NVIDIA partners with software providers, developers, and industry teams to expand the use of our AI and computing platforms. We're looking for someone with strong architectural depth who can guide partner product direction and support developers building on NVIDIA technologies. If you're passionate about influencing the next wave of AI and accelerated computing, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Establish and sustain advanced technical expertise in AI and data processing for advanced MarTech solutions, serving as the trusted advisor, strategic influencer, and technical authority across the developer ecosystem.
  • Collaborate multi-functionally to accelerate adoption of NVIDIA technologies, champion innovation, and define forward-looking standards, architectures, and best practices.
  • Accelerate critically important workloads by architecting, demonstrating, and integrating the NVIDIA software stack (tools, libraries, SDKs, NIMs, and blueprints) into partner products, platforms, and pipelines to achieve measurable performance improvements and scale adoption across the ecosystem.
  • Guide partners through complex onboarding and integration by providing advanced technical assets. These include reference implementations, sample code, and demo pipelines. This support accelerates adoption of promotional and corporate information and enables co-innovation of next-generation, production-ready solutions.
  • Engage senior technical leaders across partner organizations to promote best-practice integrations and resolve complex architectural challenges. Build structured collaboration cadences to monitor adoption, identify emerging workflows, and provide strategic field insights that influence NVIDIA's product and platform direction.
  • Mentor and technically upskill other Developer Relations Managers and engineers, running internal deep-dives, building reusable reference material from account takeaways, and raising the collective technical bar of the DevRel organization.

What We Need to See:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • A minimum of 15+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architect, product management, including 8 of years of direct hands-on experience inCUDA, CUDA C++, GNN, SNN, CUTLASS, cuBLAS, collective communications (NCCL), InfiniBand fabrics (HCAs, SR-IOV, BlueField DPUs, UFM), and in-network reduction (SHARP) at multi-rack scale
  • Track record of strategizing, leading, and scaling global developer programs in partnership with major technology organizations and technically advanced ISVs, driving ecosystem adoption, strengthening partner alignment, and fostering long-term developer engagement.
  • Exceptional technical depth in NVIDIA software including GPU programming fluency below the framework layer, with the ability to read and reason about custom kernels, Tensor Cores, and low-precision (NVFP4/FP8) paths on current-generation architectures.
  • Extensive experience driving strategic technical collaborations with engineering and product teams-spanning architectural design, in-depth code and design reviews, technical mentorship, and the delivery of high-impact technical talks or workshops.
  • Proven ability to design and lead complex, multi-stakeholder technical engagements-strategically negotiating requirements, resolving multi-functional priorities, and driving alignment across internal and external teams including engineering, product, sales, legal, and marketing.
  • Proficient in conveying complex technical concepts clearly to engineers and executives alike. Has end-to-end experience architecting, integrating, and co-commercializing solutions in partnership with strategic ISVs to drive ecosystem adoption and business impact.

Ways to Stand Out from the crowd:
  • Extensive hands-on experience architecting and optimizing complex, marketing and enterprise data solutions that advance performance, scalability, and industry best practices.
  • Hands-on with advanced AI and GPU-accelerated frameworks such as GPU-resident data structures and graph databases, network addressing stacks, GNN, SNN and high-throughput data pipelines and integrate them into commercial-grade platforms.
  • Proven history of defining technical vision and launching new developer ecosystems around accelerated computing or industry verticals.
  • Proven expertise in architecting scalable frameworks that synthesize developer sentiment and market evolution, transforming real-time ecosystem signals into strategic intelligence that shapes industry direction, informs product rationalization, and drives competitive positioning within the ecosystem
