Virtual Client Onboarding Representative
About the Role: Nuvant is hiring Virtual Client Onboarding Representatives to help new and prospective clients explore financial solutions that align with their personal or business goals. In this role, you'll serve as a key first point of contact to introduce our services and guiding clients toward the next step.
Core Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary virtual point of contact for new and incoming clients
  • Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to welcome and onboard clients
  • Engage in conversations to discover client needs and goals
  • Clearly explain service offerings and recommend next steps
  • Schedule follow-up calls or connect clients with the right team members
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records in our CRM system

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or college degree preferred
  • Professional, friendly communicator who thrives in a client-facing environment
  • Organized and comfortable working in a work from home setting
  • A people-first approach with strong listening and follow-up skills
  • Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or client-facing role a plus
