Internal Medicine Physician New York NY (Midtown)
Urgently Hiring
Part-Time (2 Days/Week) or Full-Time
We are looking for a motivated Internal Medicine Physician to join our well-established practice in New York, NY. We provide the administrative support and handle all aspects of management of the practice while you focus on providing the best care possible. There is truly limitless potential for the doctor who always dreamt of having their own practice without the headaches of running one! We handle the infrastructure you focus on patients and building your practice. We are looking for an Internal Medicine physician to start part time 2 days per week and increase their time within the office as the patient census increases, ideally to full time.
About us:
We are a multidisciplinary practice, built around proactive, whole-person care. Our on-site team includes physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, nutritionists, and stress counselors working collaboratively to deliver truly integrated care. Our model has a team of Medical, Wellness and Lifestyle experts in one location- with medical doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, as well as stress management counseling.
Duties:
• Provide primary, preventive, and wellness-focused care
• Conduct annual physicals, chronic care, and acute visits
• Collaborate with on-site specialists to deliver coordinated care
• Build long-term patient relationships in an out-of-network model
Requirements:
• MD or DO with active NY license
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in practice-building
• Comfortable practicing in person (minimum 2 days/week)
• Values patient-centered, integrative care
Compensation & Structure
Guaranteed base: $10,000/month for 2 days/week during ramp-up
• 60% of gross professional revenue generated
• No startup costs, no overhead, no staff management
• Full administrative, billing, and operational support
• Long-term ownership-style economics as your panel grows
