The Role:  

Connections Development Representative  

Reporting to the Connections Development Manager, our Connections Development  

Representative are Oh My Green's strongest evangelists – driving our mission forward. You are  

responsible for signing up new customers and telling the Oh My Green story. We’re excited for  

scale – we want to bring bliss to as many people as we can and you will set our pace of growth.  

Responsibilities:  

Partner daily with Connections Account Executives and Head of Connections to  

analyze, improve and execute winning prospecting strategy.  

Collaborate with our marketing team to help improve efficiencies between both  

departments.  

Navigate accounts to identify the right person in every organization, set a meeting, and  

create qualified opportunities.  

The role is structured and driven by results, but you will learn rapidly about how  

organizations are developed, how they grow and change with scale, what hurdles they  

must overcome, and how focusing on health, nutrition and wellness can shape and  

change people’s lives.  

Use your creativity to drive goals by utilizing all platforms and tools, social  

media/email/phone, any and all communication to qualify prospects (High volume 60-100  

activities per day).  

About You:

during challenging situations  

Assist in improving and following Oh My Green procedures and processes  

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Energetic while empathetic  

Thick skin and being ok with hearing the word “no”  

A healthy competitive spirit  

Bachelor’s degree preferred  

Previous sales experience (6+ months) in which you clearly proved your ability to meet  

or exceed mid market / enterprise sales quotas highly preferred  

Competencies:  

Must be able to sit for long periods of time  





Frequently required to stand, sit, walk and reach at arms length above head  

Frequent travel to company and client sites  

Must be able to lift 20 lbs
