Farmward Cooperative is seeking candidates interested in joining our Seasonal Class A CDL Driver Harvest Team. We are currently hiring for the following seasonal positions:

Seasonal Semi-Truck Drivers

Deliver dry crop nutrients to producers and wholesale customers.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Class A CDL required
  • Safe driving record
Seasonal Pickup Truck Delivery Driver

Deliver crop nutrients and NH₃ in nursery tanks to custom operators.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Tanker endorsement
  • Hazardous Materials (HazMat) endorsement
  • Safe driving record
Responsibilities
  • Safely operate trucks to transport products on designated routes.
  • Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company safety procedures.
  • Maintain a satisfactory driving record.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Load and unload products using appropriate equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations staff to coordinate deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate delivery, inspection, and maintenance records.
  • Provide excellent customer service while representing Farmward Cooperative.
