Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to lead a nursing unit and ensure the delivery of exceptional care. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader, organized, and passionate about improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing unit, including staffing, scheduling, and resident care
