FlexStaff is seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic RN Quality Manager to lead our client's quality assurance efforts and uphold the highest standards of home health care. If you have a strong background in regulatory compliance, clinical review, and quality improvement, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact!
Responsibilities:
  • Appeals preparation
  • Grievance tracking
  • Patient satisfaction analysis, and competency evaluations.
  • The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in patient care and staff support.

Qualifications:
  • Valid NYS RN license
  • In-depth knowledge of CHHA regulations, including federal, state, and DOH requirements
  • Solid understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs) for home health, including documentation, visit frequency, and billing standards
  • Experience conducting clinical record reviews for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Familiarity with OASIS data collection and its influence on quality reporting and reimbursement
  • Proven ability to analyze quality metrics, identify trends, and develop corrective action plans
  • Prior experience with survey readiness, audits, or responding to agencies such as OMIG, CMS, or DOH
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across clinical, administrative, and operational teams
  • Proficiency in EMR systems like HCHB or similar platforms
