What is a Nursing Home RN?

A Nursing Home RN (Registered Nurse) is a licensed healthcare professional who provides medical care and supervises nursing staff in a long-term care facility, such as a nursing home. Their duties include administering medications, developing care plans, monitoring residents’ health, and coordinating with doctors and families to ensure quality care.
