Responsibilities
The Director of Nursing / Branch Director role will oversee the operations of our home health agency in Huntsville, AL, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and compliance with Medicare regulations.
In this role, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to our clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. This role requires a visionary leader with strong clinical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for home health care.
Qualifications
  • Must be a Registered Nurse RN. Must be licensed in the state in which they currently practice, or in accordance with the board of nursing rules for nurse licensure compact for the state of practice.
  • Must have at least two years of nursing experience within the immediately previous 36 months.
  • Must have one year experience in home health.
  • Must have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the federal, state and local laws and regulatory guidelines that govern the operation of a home care office.
  • Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Education and experience, preferred
  • Previous experience in management is preferred.

Requirements
  • Must possess a valid state driver license
  • Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
  • Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
  • Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
  • Must possess CPR certification
