Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Silver City, NM, 88061
Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Days: Sun, Fri, Sat)
Duration: 11 weeks (Possibility of extension)
Pay rate: $40.53/hr on W2
Required Certification:

  • Active LPN License
  • BLS/CPR Certification (American Heart Association)
  • Minimum 1+ year of LPN experience
  • Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Responsibilities
  • Provide bedside nursing care, administer medications, and perform treatments.
  • Monitor residents' conditions, vital signs, and report changes promptly.
  • Document care accurately in the medical record system.
  • Assist residents with ADLs and ensure safety throughout the shift.
  • Communicate with nursing team, residents, and families as needed.
  • Follow infection control, facility safety guidelines, and state regulations.
  • Support care plans and work collaboratively with RNs, CNAs, and providers.
