Shift Available: Monday–Friday, 6:00 am-2:00pm and 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm

We're seeking a dedicated and reliable Charge Nurse – LVN or RN to join our growing team! Your Impact as a Charge Nurse – LVN or RN

In this role, you will:

  • Provide guidance to Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate care for residents.
  • Properly and safely administer resident medications as prescribed.
  • Execute resident care plans in compliance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders.
  • Deliver treatments as required to ensure resident health and comfort.
  • Accurately and promptly transcribe physician orders.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in resident charts and complete required nursing assessments.
