Clinical Director (RN) – Hospice

Crown Hospice | Creve Coeur / St.Louis, MO

Crown Hospice is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Director to lead our Creve Coeur clinical team.

This is an opportunity for a strong hospice nurse leader who wants to do more than manage schedules and documentation. You’ll have a voice in clinical operations, the opportunity to develop your team, and organizational leadership that values collaboration and supports local decision-making.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and support the interdisciplinary clinical team.
  • Oversee quality patient care, clinical coordination, and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with the Medical Director and leadership on complex clinical needs.
  • Guide nurses in pain and symptom management and end-of-life care.
  • Lead clinical quality, QAPI, staff development, and performance improvement.
  • Help build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional hospice care.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Current Missouri RN license.
  • Hospice experience strongly preferred.
  • Clinical leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical judgment and pain/symptom management skills.
  • A leader who can balance compassion, accountability, and team development.
