Now Hiring: In Home Nurse Supervisor (RN)
Location: Independence, MO
Full Time | Day Schedule

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for an experienced RN Nurse Supervisor to support our Advanced Personal Care clients and nursing team in the Independence area. If you enjoy mentoring nurses, building strong relationships, and bringing steady, supportive leadership into home based care, this is a great next step.

What You Will Do

Complete initial and reassessment visits for Advanced Personal Care clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, patients, families, and caseworkers
Provide training, certification support, and ongoing education for nursing staff
Supervise, coach, and evaluate nurses in the field
Ensure services meet company standards and state regulations
Serve as a clinical resource and support problem solving in real time
Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation
Participate in quality initiatives, meetings, and team development
Assist with hiring and onboarding as needed
Support the team wherever needed to ensure quality care delivery

What You Need

Active RN license required
Graduate of an approved nursing program
At least 1 year of professional nursing experience within the last 3 years
Supervisory experience preferred
Home Health experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Professional, positive, team focused attitude
