Job description

Lincoln Surgical Hospital is an innovative healthcare leader in providing exceptional surgical services for our patients. Our dedicated physicians and staff strive to achieve optimal surgical outcomes in a patient focused atmosphere. We are looking for exceptional people to provide extraordinary care as a Charge Nurse in our OR. 

Responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations of the Operating Room including facilitation of surgical case flow, providing direct patient care, ensuring patient satisfaction and high quality clinical outcomes, staff management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures. 

Hours: Full time 72 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Monday - Friday, 12 hours shifts. Specific hours to be discussed during the interview. 

  • State of Nebraska RN license and BLS required
  • ACLS required within 90 days of employment
  • Previous experience preferred
