  • Hourly Pay + $3.40/hour HERO Pay

What You’ll Do
  • Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans

  • Administer medications and complete treatments based on individual resident needs

  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly

  • Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery

  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulations

  • Follow all state rules, regulations, and infection control standards

What You Bring
  • Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice

  • Medication Administration and IV certification (as applicable)

  • Working knowledge of state rules and regulations

  • Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused approach to care
