Nursery Sales Associates are retail professionals who work at plant nurseries, garden centers, or home improvement stores, assisting customers with selecting plants, gardening supplies, and related products. They provide expert advice on plant care, maintenance, and landscaping options. Their responsibilities also include stocking shelves, maintaining the health and appearance of plants, processing sales transactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Nursery Sales Associates often need a passion for plants, good communication skills, and basic knowledge of horticulture.
