Risk Manager – Nursing Home

Located in Andersonville, TN

Salary : $35/hr-$45/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Risk Management is responsible for identifying, tracking trends, and investigating significant clinical issues and in the investigation of adverse patient outcomes and other institutional risk issues

  • Investigating adverse patient events and facility related risk matters within established timeframe

  • Coordinating and presenting an accurate and timely synopsis of clinical situation and potential impact

  • Participating in issue specific task forces as needed

  • Identifying, tracking and trending significant clinical issues

  • Participate in the development of tracking tools for risk management case reviews, risk management issue reviews, risk management indicators, and other topics as needed

  • Attending State regulatory meetings regarding patient safety and risk management


Qualifications:

  • Must have Tennessee RN license

  • Must have long term care/skilled nursing experience

  • Must have risk management experience

  • Ability to pay attention to detail

  • Proven leadership and management skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skill
