Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Newport Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Christiana, Pennsylvania, USA. As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and collaborating with interdisciplinary professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursing team, ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and attention. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior nurses, implementing evidence-based practices, and promoting a positive professional environment. Your expertise and leadership skills will enable our team to deliver compassionate care that meets the unique needs of each patient.


Schedule:

Fill-Time: Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm
