These nurses may work for Catholic healthcare organizations or serve patients who seek care consistent with Catholic values. You'll often collaborate with chaplains, social workers, and physicians to ensure holistic support for patients, especially in sensitive situations involving end-of-life care or moral dilemmas. This role requires strong communication skills and a clear understanding of both clinical protocols and Catholic healthcare directives.
