• Collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists, to create comprehensive treatment strategies tailored for each client.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and substance use history to develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique circumstances and goals.
• Monitor clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, making necessary adjustments to ensure their needs are met and outcomes are achieved.
• Educate clients and their families about available mental health resources, treatment options, and coping strategies, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions, treatment plans, and care outcomes within our electronic health records (EHR) system, complying with all regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in regular training and professional development sessions to stay abreast of the latest best practices, legislative changes, and innovations in mental health and addiction treatment.

Your work will primarily focus on adult clients who are navigating the complexities of addiction and mental health disorders. Many of these clients come to us during critical junctures in their lives, and your expertise will be vital in providing them with the support necessary for meaningful recovery. By fostering a trusting relationship, you will help clients work through their challenges and facilitate their journey toward a healthier, sober lifestyle.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active, unrestricted LCSW license to practice in the state of Nevada is essential.
• Demonstrated experience, ideally two years, in a clinical setting, particularly with patients dealing with mental health and substance use issues.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds empathetically and effectively.
• Strong clinical assessment capabilities and the ability to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.

• Experience working with elderly populations is beneficial.
• A background in addiction treatment settings is advantageous.
• Familiarity with telehealth tools and remote therapeutic practices will be a plus.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
