Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Maternal Nurse Reviewer to conduct clinical reviews and program monitoring for a respected non-profit organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maternal and child health, clinical documentation, and healthcare quality improvement.

Qualifications
~ Education: Must be qualified and actively credentialed|registered in New York State (e.g., Registered Professional Nurse, Pediatric|Family Nurse Practitioner, Physicians Assistant, etc.)
~ Licensure: Active New York State credential (RN, NP, PA, or equivalent)
~ Experience:
~ Minimum 4 years of clinical practice experience in facility or community-based settings (medical, surgical, and|or obstetrical)
~ Experience in pediatric|adolescent|reproductive health care preferred
~ At least 2 years of acute care hospital experience preferred
~ At least 2 years of experience in chart review for quality improvement or utilization review preferred
~ Knowledge of current disease|care management and coordination trends preferred
~ Technical Skills:
~ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
~ Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
~ Ability to travel within the metropolitan area (Westchester and Long Island) approximately 25 on-site days per year
Key Responsibilities
~ Conduct clinical reviews of medical records and related documentation
~ Perform interviews, observations, and program document reviews as part of monitoring activities
~ Develop and draft reports in required Department formats
~ Track document and review status using databases and shared platforms
~ Provide technical assistance and support to program staff
~ Use data management tools to record and report monitoring findings
