Job description

"•      Define and implement the overall QA strategy for Manhattan Active WMS and its interfaces.•      Establish quality benchmarks and KPIs for testing activities.•  Lead the execution of functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).•     Ensure comprehensive test coverage across all WMS modules (receiving, inventory, picking, shipping, etc.).•     Oversee testing of interfaces between WMS, CMS Worldlink, Autostore, PackSize, SLAM and Numina• Manage and mentor a team of QA analysts.•       Assign tasks, review work, and provide feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables•    Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing within the QA team•     Work closely with business analysts, developers, project managers, and operations teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.•   Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.•       Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.•   Generate QA metrics and dashboards for leadership reporting.•   Identify opportunities to improve QA processes and tools.•      Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide training or documentation as needed.• Define test scenarios, test cases, and test data requirements based on functional and technical specifications.•        Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for Manhattan Active WMS modules and interfaces.•       Validate data flows across systems including APIs, message queues.•     Validate WMS configurations, RF device workflows, and label printing logic.•    Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system scalability and responsiveness.•  Review, Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA.•  Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and vendors to resolve issues.• Utilize test automation tools where applicable (e.g., Katalon, Postman).•       Support performance and load testing of WMS and interfaces.•    Maintain detailed test documentation and provide regular status reports.•       Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.•     Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and third-party vendors.•    Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)."
