Job description

NAVY NUKES — 40+ PROCESS ENGINEERING OPPORTUNITIES | FORT WORTH, TX

I’m working with a new client in the Fort Worth area that is making a significant investment in advanced data and AI-driven technology and is looking to add more than 40 Process Engineers across multiple departments and operational groups.

We are specifically interested in connecting with U.S. Navy veterans from the Nuclear Power community whose technical training, operational discipline, troubleshooting ability, and experience working within highly complex systems can translate well into these positions.

These are not 40 openings for one identical role. The company is hiring Process Engineers across multiple departments, creating opportunities to align candidates with positions based on their Navy experience, technical strengths, leadership background, and post-military experience.

What we're looking for:

  • U.S. Navy Nuclear Power Program experience
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
  • Experience operating, troubleshooting, maintaining, or improving complex systems and processes
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and develop solutions
  • Strong procedural discipline and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to work in demanding operational environments
  • Interest in transitioning Navy nuclear experience into a growing, technology-focused commercial organization

The Opportunity:

  • Location: Fort Worth, Texas
  • Positions: 40+ Process Engineering openings
  • Departments: Multiple groups and areas of the organization
  • Technology: New data and AI-driven technologies supporting process and operational improvement
  • Compensation: Approximately $100,000–$125,000, depending on experience and position
  • Strong opportunity for Navy Nukes looking to build a long-term civilian engineering career with an organization investing heavily in new technology

If you are a Navy Nuke considering your next career move—or know someone from the Nuclear Power community who may be interested—I would like to connect.
