You Are:

  • A sales professional with at least 5 years in Industrial sales, who has managed a Midwest sales territory working with distributors and end users.
  • A goal achiever with a proven track record of consistently exceeding the sales budget: by growing existing accounts and adding new accounts.
  • Strategic and have developed and executed customer sales plans which have been accepted by your distributor customers and implemented.
  • Detail oriented and excel at managing, training, doing demos and working in the field with distributors and their salespeople.
  • Trained in consultative selling skills; possess excellent listening skills, problem solving skills, understanding all about the customer, relationships, and business building.
  • Experienced and comfortable calling on and talking with Business Owners, Sales Managers, and end users, including Plant Managers and Maintenance Managers.
  • Experienced with a โ€œtrack recordโ€ of selling to and through distributors and have a systematic methodology for increasing revenue, share and creating staying power at multiple distributor locations.
  • Effective at managing your territory remotely from your โ€œat home officeโ€ as you can work independently (without someone looking over your shoulder) as you are a self-starter & personally motivated and are accountable to your goals.
  • Personally motivated with a powerful sense of urgency as you are a mastery of time management, priorities, and persistence.
  • Experienced in traveling about 50% overnight in your territory, as needed.
  • You excel at setting appointments both with new prospects and current accounts you manage.

As we are growing, we need an additional sales professional in the Midwest to reach out and manage existing accounts and to connect and open new accounts in the territory.

We Require:

  • That you are a great communicatorโ€ฆhave excellent people skills, are trainable and can educate and motivate people.
  • Experience in conducting effective group presentations and demos of our products.
  • Reside in the Ohio area or southern Michigan.
  • Your ability to travel up to 50% per month scheduling full days with Prospects and Existing accounts.
  • Effective communication internally with our support team including customer service, pricing coordinator, R&D, and management.

As the Nuance Solutions Regional Account Manager, youโ€™ll receive an extremely competitive base salary, commission plan, and a benefit package which includes 401k, medical, dental, vision, HSA, and continuing education reimbursement.
