About the Role:

The Host/Hostess NT/Hostest plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive first impression for guests at a dining establishment. This position is responsible for managing the flow of guests, ensuring efficient seating arrangements, and maintaining communication between the front-of-house and kitchen staff. The role requires attentiveness to guest needs, the ability to handle reservations and waitlists, and the skill to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Success in this position results in enhanced guest satisfaction, smooth operational flow, and a supportive atmosphere for both guests and team members. Ultimately, the Host/Hostess NT/Hostest contributes significantly to the overall dining experience and the establishmentโ€™s reputation for excellent customer service.

Minimum Qualifications:
