Responsibilities


  • Engage with potential clients through telemarketing and direct outreach to generate leads.
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance, to ensure adherence in all transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members on sales administration tasks to streamline processes.


Skills

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or outside sales is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate client needs and market conditions.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • Experience in retail sales or benefits administration is advantageous.
