Job Summary:
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of Cellcom in our local communities, representing our technology services through direct, door-to-door engagement with residents. This role focuses on building connections at the doorstep - educating customers, generating interest, and closing sales.
In addition to door-to-door outreach, you will support community engagement efforts by distributing sales and marketing materials, attending local festivals and events, generating leads for our retail and business channels, and driving sales opportunities across a variety of community settings. Success in this position depends on your energy, confidence, communication skills, and self-motivation.
Base plus commission position; anticipated salary of $70,000+ if meeting minimum KPIs with unlimited commission potential to exceed $100,000.

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Prospect, Promote, Qualify, and Sell: Conduct door-to-door sales and participate in community events to promote and sell Cellcom technology products and services.
  • Distribute Sales & Marketing Materials: Generate qualified leads for retail and business channels through strategic, door-to-door distribution.
  • Achieve KPI Goals: Consistently meet or exceed individual performance and KPI expectations.
  • Value-Based Selling: Present products and services transparently and effectively using our SALES process.
  • Attend Events: Represent Cellcom at festivals, community events, and pop-up opportunities to showcase and sell our products.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Follow up on leads and completed sales to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Deliver Equipment: Provide customers with required equipment and devices when necessary.
  • Stay Informed: Maintain current knowledge of systems, procedures, and new internet, voice, and wireless technologies.
  • Follow Procedures: Adhere to all compliance requirements, including customer identification, information privacy, documentation accuracy, and door-to-door protocols.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support team and company goals.

Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent required.
  • One to two years sales or related experience required; goal driven experience preferred.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Proven ability to sell face-to-face, whether at events, door-to-door, or in retail locations
