NSF's HR Director - Global Functions

NSF's HR Director - Global Functions is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources function for the company's global functions reporting directly to the VP and CPO. This position will ensure that HR initiatives and programs align with the overall business objectives and provide support to senior leaders and their teams. The HR Director will drive talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across the organization's global functions.

Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters
  • Foster a high-performance culture that encourages growth, collaboration, and innovation

Talent Management:

  • Oversee global talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding and training programs
  • Implement succession planning and career development initiatives to ensure a robust talent pipeline

Employee Engagement and Retention:

  • Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess and address workplace issues
  • Develop and maintain programs that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Leadership Development:

  • Create and deliver leadership development programs to build managerial and leadership capabilities

HR Operations:

  • Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR services and programs
  • Leverage HR technology and data analytics to drive decision-making and process improvements
  • Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a global or multinational organization
  • Proven experience in strategic HR leadership and managing HR functions across multiple geographies
  • Business/Financial acumen, proficiency with data (reporting, insights, analysis)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Experience in handling sensitive employee relations issues
  • Strong knowledge of global labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
