Senior Connectivity NPI Program Manager

Position Overview

This role will lead New Product Introduction for customer- and dealer-facing Connectivity Solutions (Cellular, Satellite, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, UWB, and more). Responsibilities include generating functional requirements from customer, dealer, business, and regulatory input, and aligning them with market and industry trends. The role also ensures consistency between marketing, system, and hardware requirement documents, working closely with enterprise technical leaders.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will help define functional connectivity requirements, collaborate with potential suppliers, define technology roadmaps, drive engineering execution, and coordinate stakeholder communication. Your role includes gathering customer connectivity and feature requests, refining them, guiding them through development, and ensuring timely delivery. You will work closely with internal technology and digital teams on enterprise architecture, implementing new technologies, and evaluating emerging technology solutions.

This role leads cross-functional teams through meetings, workshops, requirements definition, and engineering execution, with a global team structure spanning primarily US-based colleagues along with regular collaboration with teams in India.

Work Environment

This is an onsite position based in Mossville, IL, requiring in-office presence five days per week.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering and 10+ years of relevant experience, required.
