What is an aerospace program manager?

Aerospace Program Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing and coordinating complex aerospace projects, such as the development of aircraft, spacecraft, or related systems. They manage teams, budgets, schedules, and ensure that project goals align with organizational objectives and industry regulations. Their role involves risk assessment, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
