ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement new clinical programs that align with client requests, network pharmacist capabilities, and company priorities
- Implement and maintain clinical programs in accordance with CMS guidelines and regulations
- Provide clinical account management support to clients
- Manage the clients' clinical program setup and design
- Respond to client requests related to executing clinical initiatives
- Prepare and analyze clinical reports for assigned client accounts
- Serve as clinical program data subject matter expert/coordinator to ensure client data files align with clinical program design
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Product, Quality, and technology to develop new covered services and define requirements in alignment with clients' expectations
- Continually evaluate clinical reporting and define requirements for enhancements, as needed
- Participate in national industry meetings, trade shows, and client visits, as needed
- Provide clinical support in sales discussions with prospective clients
- Answer clinical questions from the Network
- Support Senior Clinical Program Manager product SMEs in various product areas
KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with MTM, preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects, assignments, and responsibilities
