The NPI Execution Lead owns the execution ofprototype and new product builds from design release to physical partcompletion. Job Summary
- Owns end-to-end of prototype and tooling build execution for new products.
- Acts as the single point accountable for prototype readiness, execution, and delivery dates.
- Coordinates with supplychain, planning, Engineering, and operations to plan and executeprototype and new product builds.
- Creates detailed manufacturing execution timelines.
- Run prototype risk, readiness, and execution reviews.
- Coordinates with engineering and manufacturing engineering teams to address and implement design changes during prototype build execution.
- Communicates status, risks,and recovery plans to leadership.
- Initiates CapEX and requisition requests required for NPI development.
- Generates routers and work orders for new product introductions.
- Other tasks as assigned.
