What we are looking for:
A dynamic nursing professional passionate about education, leadership, and clinical excellence.


Experience Requirements:
Two years of acute care clinical experience in related area(s) and/or service line if BSN; additional experience required if RN only.
Clinical education and/or Professional Development experience preferred.
Certification in area(s) of nursing practice or professional development preferred.
Educational Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of Louisiana.
BSN or RN with equivalent work experience.\


Special Skills and Knowledge:
Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
Ability to apply evidence-based practices and adult learning principles.
Proficient in project management and quality improvement processes.

Plan and deliver value-added learning activities to improve patient care and outcomes.
Collaborate with interprofessional teams to support nursing practice and professional development.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Represent Clinical Education and Professional Development at committees, workgroups, and regulatory surveys.
Perform other duties as assigned.
