Facility: Behavioral Health| Location: Wilmington, NC, Full-Time | Work Schedule: 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.
What You'll Do
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to adults experiencing behavioral health crises.
  • Complete comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Administer medications and monitor patient progress.
  • Utilize therapeutic communication and crisis intervention techniques.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive patient outcomes.
  • Maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients and staff.

What We're Looking For
Required:
  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelor's degree, preferred, Associate degree
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
  • Experience: One-year relevant experience
