Rockin' R Tubing Outfitters, is Gruene and New Braunfels best outfitter located on the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers in Texas that provides a fun day on the river while focusing on safety and keeping the river as clean as possible. Rockin' R is a dynamic and growing outdoor recreational business that specializes in providing exceptional outdoor experiences.

Who We’re Looking For:

Rockin’ R is hiring friendly, customer-focused River Hospitality Staff to assist guests with selecting tubes, entering and exiting the water, and ensuring a safe, fun river experience. Ideal candidates are energetic, adaptable, and enjoy providing excellent guest service in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver hospitality and provide a memorable experience to all guests and team members alike
  • Collaborate with location leaders and team members to deliver a smooth guest experience
  • Address customer questions or concerns with patience and professionalism
  • Load, stack, and transport tubes and rafts in trucks, tents, and trailers
  • Distribute tubes and rafts to customers according to rental agreements
  • Assist guests with safe entry into and exit from the water
  • Stay informed on outdoor offerings, events, and promotions
  • Monitor and maintain parking areas, including trash pickup and basic cleaning
  • Other duties and projects as assigned by the Business Leader, Location Leaders and Operations Steward.
