Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics CRM Customer Engineer with expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement online and the Power Platform. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise-level customers and their partners, guiding them as they design, develop, deploy, and optimize Dynamics 365 implementations. This role involves establishing strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with key stakeholders at assigned customers.
  • Develop and execute a service delivery plan, using repeatable services to educate the customer and assess their implementation for best practice execution.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to contribute to their success in supporting their customers and leverage their expertise.
  • Deliver technical training and assist with enhancing the quality of training material.
  • Engage in transactional requests to troubleshoot customer issues, provide education, and mitigate technical blockers.
  • Own delivery outcomes for assigned customers, ensuring alignment to contracted scope and measurable success criteria.
  • Track and optimize consumption of delivery services, ensuring efficient use of customer investment.
  • Identify risks to delivery success and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Required Qualifications
General:
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Effective communication skills to identify, engage, and interact with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in delivering technical training and experience in consulting or customer-facing roles.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Deep technical acumen combined with a curiosity for continuous learning.

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform:
  • Up-to-date product knowledge in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights - Journeys.
  • Knowledge of foundational technologies for Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform such as Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Experience managing Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform environments, including configuration, security, and system upkeep.
  • Ability to review solution designs and suggest improvements for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Skilled at environment health assessments and diagnosing performance issues.
  • Hands-on development and data integration experience across Dynamics 365 CE, including client-side scripting (TypeScript/JavaScript) and server-side logic (Dataverse plugins in C#).
  • Experience managing solution lifecycle across environments, including packaging, pipeline-based deployments, and version control.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Power Platform governance and center of excellence experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft certifications.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Data.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
