The organization offers a comprehensive catalog of French classes and a wide range of French-themed cultural events for students, members, and the broader public. AFA’s mission is guided by three core objectives—Communication, Culture, and Connection—fostering language learning, cultural engagement, and collaboration with other French and Francophone organizations. Role Description The French Instructor is a part-time, hybrid role based in Austin, TX, with a mix of on-site teaching and some work from home for virtual instruction. The instructor will design and deliver engaging French language classes for diverse learner levels, using pedagogically sound methods aligned with the Alliance Française standards.
