Customer Engineer for Dynamics 365 CE (French) | Irving, Texas, United States Job Summary: Customer Engineer for Dynamics 365 CE (French) About the Role Join a leading technology team as a Customer Engineer for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) with a focus on French-speaking enterprise clients. This fully remote, 12-month contract position is open to candidates in the US and Canada. You'll leverage your expertise in Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform, acting as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 customers and partners. Take ownership of service delivery, collaborate with global teams, and empower clients to maximize the value of their Dynamics investments. Responsibilities - Build strong, trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders as a subject matter expert. - Develop, execute, and optimize service delivery plans for Dynamics 365 CE implementations. - Deliver technical and functional training, and enhance training materials for customer enablement. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, removing blockers and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Advise on best practices for configuration, security, and environment management in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform. - Review solution designs for scalability, performance, and maintainability; recommend improvements. - Lead health assessments of customer environments and proactively address performance concerns. - Manage solution lifecycle, including version control, packaging, and pipeline-based deployments. - Track and optimize service consumption for maximum customer ROI. - Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies for successful project outcomes. - Collaborate cross-functionally to share expertise and elevate overall service quality.
