Job description

About Us
Integrate is a Seattle-based company building multiplayer project management software for the world's most ambitious machines.
We focus on the hardest coordination problems in deep tech like rocket launches and advanced manufacturing, where progress depends on seamless collaboration across companies. Increasingly, this work sits at the intersection of two of the most consequential forces shaping the modern world: defense and artificial intelligence, where both the pace of innovation and the stakes of execution are exceptionally high.
Integrate enables teams to collaborate with vendors, customers, and partners as fluidly as modern tools support internal teams. Our mission is to modernize how organizations build together in the emerging deep tech economy, reducing friction, misalignment, and unnecessary work at every step.
Our Solution
Traditional project management tools weren't designed for the speed, scale, and interdependence of modern hardware development. Integrate is purpose-built for this new reality.
We provide a platform that brings clarity and structure to complex, cross-organizational programs helping teams communicate effectively, stay aligned, and move faster with confidence. By improving how critical information is shared and decisions are made, we enable organizations to focus on what matters most: building the future.
About the Role
We're looking for a Navy Account Executive to own and accelerate revenue growth within U.S. Navy and broader maritime ecosystem.
This role is highly strategic and relationship-driven. You will be responsible for building and leveraging deep relationships within the Navy and maritime industrial base to navigate government procurement processes and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
This is a high-ownership role where success depends on your ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive deals forward in a complex and evolving environment.
What You'll Work On
  • Own the full sales cycle for Navy accounts, from initial engagement to close.
  • Take over and close existing near-term Navy opportunities, while advancing a pipeline of active deals.
  • Build and leverage relationships within the Navy, including program offices, acquisition community, and senior leadership.
  • Navigate defense procurement processes, including contracting vehicles, budget cycles, and appropriations.
  • Develop and execute a network-driven GTM strategy, combining inbound, outbound, and relationship-based selling.
  • Establish and expand Integrate's presence at the policy and leadership level (e.g., senior Navy leadership, Executive Office of the President, and relevant congressional committees and member offices).
  • Identify and pursue adjacent opportunities across the maritime ecosystem (e.g., Coast Guard, Marines where applicable).
  • Partner closely with Integrate leadership to refine and scale the government sales motion.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on government customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and drive deals forward with urgency.
Technical Skills
  • Fluency with CRM tools, such as Pipedrive.
  • Expertise with modern sales tools and workflows, such as Pryzm, GovWin, and Sam.gov.
  • Comfortable operating in a modern startup environment using collaboration tools like Notion, Slack, and Linear.
Bonus
  • Experience selling into broader national security ecosystems (e.g., Intelligence Community and other service branches).
  • Experience in maritime programs or technologies.
  • Prior military service or direct experience working within the Department of the Navy.
Experience
We don't expect you to be an expert in all of these things - but here's the kind of background that sets you up to succeed:
  • 8-12+ years of professional experience, including 2+ selling to the U.S. government, preferably within the Department of the Navy.
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals in the $2M - $10M+ range.
  • Deep understanding of defense procurement, contracting vehicles, and budget processes.
  • Strong existing network within the Department of the Navy and the Coast Guard.
  • Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving technical, operational, and executive buyers.
  • Experience selling software, technical services, or other non-hardware solutions.
  • Background in defense tech or government services.
Why Join Us?
Join us at the forefront of deep tech, building the software infrastructure that powers the next generation of hardware innovation. We're a tight-knit, ambitious team with a vision to transform how humans build.
You'll have the opportunity to help define how Integrate sells into the Department of War, working with stakeholders responsible for some of the most critical infrastructure systems in the world.
ITAR Requirement
This position requires access to information protected under US export control laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations. As such, US person status (including US citizens, U.S. permanent residents, individuals granted U.S. asylum status, or individuals admitted in U.S. refugee status) is a required qualification for this position.
Equal Opportunity Employer
We are an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, genetics, or citizenship status (when otherwise legally authorized to work and access export-controlled data) and will not be discriminated against on the basis of such characteristics or any other status protected by the laws or regulations in the locations where we operate. We encourage applicants of all ages.
$120,000 - $150,000 a year
Base salary + performance based bonus. An equity component is also included in our compensation packages. We also offer excellent health insurance benefits, matching 401k program and FSA account, commuter benefits, wellness stipend, etc.
