Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Fire Service Technician to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with multiple low voltage systems
  • Installing electrified door hardware, including door strikes, Mag locks, hinges, and crash bars.
  • Installing, Cabling and Programming CCTV Systems.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on all systems.
  • Monitor inventory of service parts, follow directions and expectations to be a successful.
  • Exhibit strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn new product and drive to be a successful part of our team.

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in fire alarm performing annual test and inspect for fire alarm systems
  • NICET II or CSA FA2 required
  • Experience installing, servicing, and programming at least four of the following product lines: Honeywell, DMP, Bosch, Resideo, Lenel, AMAG, Panasonic, Milestone, Avigilon, Hanwha, Exacq, Alarm.com, Door King, Chamberlain, HID, Notifier, Aiphone, Assa Abloy, Allegion, among others

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Notifier certified

Salary: $40 - 50/hr depending on experience
