Live Well, Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our innovative telehealth team. This position is entirely remote, providing you with flexibility and the opportunity to work from home. Our outpatient office supports a collaborative online workspace where you will engage with a multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to mental health improvement. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

• Utilize secure telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring client confidentiality and data protection.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, incorporating their preferences and goals into the therapy process.
• Collaborate with other health care providers, including physicians and social workers, to provide holistic care that addresses both psychological and physical health concerns.
• Document detailed and confidential session notes following each client interaction, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.
• Continuously engage with new research and developments in mental health care to enhance your skills and provide the best possible service to clients.

Your clients will comprise diverse individuals across various age groups and backgrounds who may be dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. By addressing the unique needs of each client, you will foster a therapeutic relationship that empowers them to initiate positive change in their lives.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active California licensing as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic or counseling setting.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• A commitment to providing culturally competent and inclusive mental health care.

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth delivery and familiarity with digital therapy tools and platforms will be advantageous. Being well-versed in evidence-based treatment methodologies and having the ability to adapt strategies to suit diverse client needs will add value to this role.
