Administrator I
Provide general administrative support to division leadership and staff and may include tasks such as calendaring for two leaders, meeting and agenda support, note taking, document preparation, contract management, editing and formatting, processing reimbursements, and travel requests, tracking action items, and other day-to-day administrative duties as needed.
Required:
Intermediate to advance MS Office Skills
Strong calendaring experience
Location: Downtown Seattle
Duration: up to 6 months
Pay: $35.52 per hour.
