Job description

OPM firm seeks candidates for a Clerk of the Works position. The position is located in the Boston area.A Candidate's background should include at least three years experience providing quality assurance on construction projects as Clerk of the Works or Construction Inspector on:
  • Projects involving modifications and upgrades to existing facilities,
  • Commercial and/or hospitality projects,
  • Projects with multiple stakeholders, and
  • Projects with a range of scopes and values.
Candidates should include information about the projects they have worked including the project scope, the candidate's role, the project size, and the project value. This information can be included in the candidate's resume or as a separate project list.
Please note: In this position, the Clerk will frequently be expected to work the second shift. That is because contractors will be required to work the second shift to accommodate daytime use of the facility.
