Job description

The Position

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Commercial Real Estate Marketing & Listing Coordinator to join our Seattle office.


This is a key role working directly with our brokers and leadership team to bring commercial real estate listings to market and support our brokerage and marketing efforts. You'll have significant ownership of the listing and marketing process, using Adobe InDesign, AI, and other modern tools to efficiently produce high-quality property marketing materials and campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the launch and ongoing marketing of commercial real estate listings
  • Create and customize high-quality marketing materials in Adobe InDesign, including offering memorandums, proposals, flyers, postcards, maps, and presentations
  • Draft and prepare Exclusive Listing Agreements and related listing documentation
  • Enter, update, and maintain listings across CBA, NWMLS, CoStar, and other industry platforms
  • Conduct property, neighborhood, demographic, and market research
  • Coordinate email marketing, direct-mail campaigns, photography, signage, and other listing needs
  • Manage company social media accounts and website/property updates
  • Ensure listings and marketing materials comply with applicable brokerage and industry requirements
  • Maintain organized marketing files, templates, and company collateral
  • Track broker licensing and related documentation
  • Assist with purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other transaction documents
  • Provide general brokerage and administrative support as needed
  • Provide Notary services or obtain a Notary commission after hire


What We're Looking For

  • Strong proficiency with Adobe InDesign is required
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, commercial real estate, brokerage support, transaction coordination, or a similar professional role preferred
  • Strong design skills and an eye for polished, professional marketing materials
  • Comfortable using AI and other modern technology tools to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance marketing content and materials
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Acrobat, is a plus
  • Professional, dependable, proactive, and team-oriented
  • Commercial real estate experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience with CBA, NWMLS, CoStar, or commercial real estate marketing is a major plus
